Initial Phone Consultation
No Cost
15 minute telephone call. This is an opportunity for you to share what you are looking for in therapy, ask questions, and get a sense of my approach. Together we can determine if working together feels like a good fit.
Individual Counseling

60 minute Telehealth Session with one individual
Family Counseling

60 minute Telehealth Session with two or more people
Sessions are conducted via Telehealth (video) for residents of California, offering convenience and accessibility. I maintain a secure and encrypted HIPAA compliant platform, which includes document storage and teleservices.
Insurance
Though I do not currently accept insurance, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Services may be covered in full or in part by Out-of-Network health insurance plans.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and sometimes plans change. Please notify me as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will be charged half the amount of the session. Thank you for honoring the 24 hour cancellation policy.
